After my kids were born, like most busy Moms, I had lots of extra baby weight that just wouldn’t budge. I tried all sorts of diets and exercise programs, but I still struggled with my weight. I didn’t like the way I looked or felt and I especially didn’t like all the negativity floating around in my head. On one particularly difficult day I thought to myself “There’s got to be an easier way!” So I put my education in Clinical Psychology to use and began doing lots of research about what works and what doesn’t when it comes to successful weight loss. That’s when the structured program we now call Thinner Peace Weight Loss was born! Now I devote my professional life to helping others, especially busy women, find the peaceful solution to their weight loss problem.
