My name is Julie Shepardson and I’m a Therapist, a Coach, and have received special training in Nutrition. But most of all I’m your Weight Loss Warrior. I want to let you know that you can lose the weight and be at peace with your body and your relationship to food. And I won’t give up until you get there! For the last 10 years I have been successfully teaching people just like you to change their relationship to food, and to move, nourish, and care about their bodies in order to lose weight and keep it off.
